We had a new water softener installed today by Bill & Clayton. They did a fantastic job and were extremely pleasant to deal with. Also the lady that answers the phone was very helpful and friendly. Would 100% recommend their services. Best water store in Georgetown.

Just moved to the neighbourhood a little while ago. Was recommended to call Chris for any problems with my water softener. He was amazing!!! Totally trustworthy, personable and reliable. As it turns out, I had the 'by pass' on and this was the 'problem' with the unit. Chris and I had a good chuckle and he walked me through the 'ins and outs' of how to run the unit and ensure that it was working. Chris is the guy to call for any issues with your water. Also great place to buy your salt and spring water :)
