I brought my 2014 Specialized Tricross to Eric as the front derailleur had seized. This bike had seen a lot of miles. Eric suggested replacing the drive train. He kept me informed about the process and delivery of parts. I am now back riding and am completely satisfied with the work that was done. I would recommend Eric’s work for any repairs.

I love how Eric has a stash of old bike parts that he can draw on to fix your older bike. Replaced my stripped crankshaft bolt in less than 30 minutes, saving me a second trip to Smith's Falls! I'll certainly be back for future repairs.
I found a little Gem of a bike (pictured above as a ditch find) and knew right away who could bring it back to life. Today, I took it for its first spin as a ew-to-me\ bike and I love it! It's so perfect for me and I can't thank Eric enough. I'm looking forward to getting back into cycling leisurely after years of being away from it. My bike came back both well repaired and looking much better than when it went in for repair. Eric is enthusiastic about biking, bike repair and maintenance and all that comes out when he works on your bike. I will be back.
I was referred to Eric from a bike shop owner in Smiths Falls. The shop recently closed. Eric has a great personality and good knowledge of bikes and repairs. He was honest, very reasonable and has my business. I will refer others to him for repairs.
