***Update*** SiriusXM replied that I should contact them. I did the same day and have never heard back from them. Their customer service is terrible. Buyer beware. So I bought a vehicle back in January that came with a free SiriusXM 90 day trial. The radio and my Hands Free Bluetooth are integrated. About a month in after a SiriusXM update my Bluetooth stopped working. Could not find the problem cause in the vehicle. Did the usual resets etc. Have a tech background and know that if firmware updates get interrupted sometimes the device will be bricked (corrupted and useless). Contacted SiriusXM support about it where the tech said that yes it can happen and my only solution is to go to a dealership and have the module replaced. The short warning about this. SiriusXM can remotely push out an update that could fry your system and they cannot be held responsible as per their user agreement. It will cost me 700 per the dealership for the repair. Tried to escalate the matter but they didn't return my calls. Don't deal with a company that has ZERO accountability.

Hi, I've been dealing with your offshore call centre concerning my annual subscription, refer to Incident: 210428-004908. Over the past 3 days there has been lots of back and forth and no resolution. 1 1/2 days a call center supervisor named Dave and I agreed on a annual renewal fee of 90 taxes included and this would start in June 2021. Yesterday I received a Sirius e mail stating that I would be billed twice and the amount was about 50 more than the 90 that was agreed upon. Additionally a call centre manager was supposed to call me and no caal back has been received. Can some one from Sirius in Canada resolve this issue?

A subscription was included when I bought my car. I never used the service and tried cancelling rather than pay a subscription payment demand. There is no email method to contact Sirus 30 minutes wasted on hold by phone before being disconnected. Chat contact person was very accommodating but he was unable to cancel my subscription. He offered to have someone call me back.This did not happen. So be aware before subscribing, cancelling the service will be next to impossible

So, I provide all my personal information and you cannot pull up my account that you continue to charge my credit card for? So I continue to get charged for an account that does not exist in your system? No solutions offered. The google reviews reflect the poor quality of customer service. Satellite radio delivery itself is flawless. This is a company that creates barriers to discontinuation of service so they may continue to nickle and dime your credit card. So many emails and so much mail. Will not take "no" for an answer.

This company has shady billing practices. I sold my car, so I called to cancel my subscription. The agent informed me there was a 40.00 cancellation fee. I said it does not say that on my agreement. He said it does say it, and I asked where it says this on the agreement. He couldn't answer me properly and escalated the call which will be returned in 48hrs.

I have Sirius Xm in my personal car and LOVE the service. A couple of months ago I wanted to get a handheld radio with a docking station for the in-laws. This was late November and I had hoped to give this as a Christmas gift. 3 conversations, 3 incident reports a promise for the manager to call over a 2 in a half month period I just cancelled the whole thing. Now I have to tell the in-laws no Sirius Xm to which they were excited to get. Very Lackluster customer service and a piss poor communication with in the company. Even though I love service and this is the reason its a 2 star not a 1 I've SIRIUSLY considered cancelling all services I use from this company.

Sirius XM is quick to take your money but won't let you cancel online. It took me over 30 minutes on the phone to finally cancel my account. I was transferred 3 times when I clicked to cancel my account in the beginning. Each person asked me the same questions and kept trying to sell me on the current promotions. Disgusting business practice, respect your customers time

September 2020 update: Ran into problems once free trial ended. They claimed i did not have the packaged i agreed to and have transcripts for. Loyalty corrected it while sticking to the line i didn't have that package. I appreciate commercial free so much i am continuing my subscription though normally I'd just cancel with this type of unprofessionalism.
