It was great dealing with the staff at this location. I bought a bun steamer which didn't work properly. They not only asked me to keep the broken steamer but they also refunded the entire amount to me. They saved me the hassle of 3 hours drive to return the product. Big thanks to the team again, we'll definitely send some more business your way!

We ordered a grinder from Sinco. It arrived with the attached damage and a missing stuffer that was pictured in the sales photo and description. It was a used item but we were not made aware of any damage or missing items/plugs before the purchase and ordered it from out of province (2 week waiting period). We attempted to return it knowing that we would be responsible for the shipping costs. We were told there would be a huge restocking fee that we were not made aware of and WAS NOT on the return policy. Now we have a 5000 hunk of metal to deal with.
We are very thankful that we found this company. Even though we are in British Columbia. They send everything to us with no issues. We chatted with bunch of other companies through Canada. But this one is the best by far. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable employees. This was my first time opening a restaurant and I can tell you, you need trustworthy people like these ones. By from SINCO online or offline they will be the best choice.
My experience dealing with Suleyman was awesome, I bought several items for my restaurant this past summer and he stands behind his products. All issues were resolved in a fair manner. I saved thousands of dollars and I look forward to do business with him in the future. Buying used equipment online is always tricky but dealing with Sinco based on my experience has been excellent.
