I love working for Victoria Eldercare. The management have an open door policy. They are there to help, encourage and support the staff in any way that they can. Our caregivers are kind, compassionate and love caring for our clients and all have many years of experience in the field. I would feel confident in hiring Victoria Eldercare to take care of any family member who needed in-home care. and would have the piece of mind that my loved one would be well taken care of.
