So we went to get a fridge. The staff didn’t seem overly knowledgeable but what lost our sale was this... We went in and didn’t discuss price with the sales associate. When we went to see a few separate fridges we were immediately met with “oh I won’t show you this it isn’t in your price range”. How do you know? That’s awfully rude to assume. Added with the general “not happy to be here” attitude. We went to Leon’s and were treated much better and bought a fridge.

Went in to browse some beds as we were thinking about buying on boxing day. We had done some research online prior to coming in store and we thought we knew what we wanted based off of price and description. We browsed for a couple minutes and were approached by Chris to see if he could help with anything. Chris showed us things we had no idea about and helped us with decisions from which mattress to which frame and taught us about the different types and features of the beds. Chris provided excellent customer service and did not push us to make a decision and just offered his advice even though I told him we would probably not be buying that day. Because Chris did not pressure us and seemed to offer genuine advice and interest in our situation we decided to purchase in store the same day. I prefer to order things online and to avoid having to speak to sales people however this experience was different. At the end of it all Chris made sure to thoroughly explain the warranty and the delivery expectations. He made it clear that there may be delays multiple times so I knew what to expect. Overall this was a very pleasant visit to the Brick and I know I will come back and talk to Chris again in a bit to look for a new couch.

I purchased a king size bed two nightables and a mattress and box spring. When I was at the store in Simcoe their wasn't a box spring on the bed in the showroom. The sales person said it required on so we purchased it when the bed was finally delivered it did t require one as it made the mattress to high in fact it was up to my husband's chest so neither of us could get in the bed. The sales person should have known this now we have something we don't need which we pd for and also when the delivery people delivered it they marked our floors and walls up when they carried it inside our home. We pd for this service cause we knew we couldn't carry it don't like having to repair our home after the damaged they made since we just had it Reno and now have to fix the walls again not very happy
