Curbside pickups only. On line orders were correct and on time for the pickup date. Staff were pleasant and service was reasonably fast. They may also take call ins, but I would check the store or website first. Prices were reasonable and on par with similar items for Boxing week sales.

I would have given this store a big fat 0 star rating if the site would have allowed it. I have been trying for the past hour and a half to make an online order/curbside pick up store preference page change, to the Simcoe location from the Markham location; to absolutely NO AVAIL! I contacted the Simcoe Staples store via phone and was told that they couldn't help me and that I'd have to contact a 1-866 number in order to receive help with a product I wanted to purchase FROM THEIR STORE for curbside pick up! After calling the number I was given, I was told by a recording, that the helpline only operates Monday through Friday!!!! Today is a Saturday! I was then redirected to their online Live Chat....which is now saying I will have to wait as a result of an INCREASED volume of requests for help!!! SERIOUSLY!?!?!?!? Your online order/curbside pick up is a joke and total waste of an hour and a half of my time that I will never get back. Being an essential front line worker, I don't have the luxury to WASTE hours trying to order a product and make a purchase!...Its no wonder people turn to AMAZON! Your loss Staples! Amazon now has my business, purchases and money! My order, which took about two minutes to place on amazon.ca, arrives on my doorstep, tomorrow! Can't buy LOCAL when you're making it impossible to do so!

When they were open... The staff is amazing. The guys in the floor that I've dealt with all know what they're talking about and if they don't they are quick to go find someone who does!! The girls at checkout are always handing out smiles.. Since they've been closed... I ordered an item week after Christmas for curb side pick up.. got my email it was ready in less than 2 hours. I literally parked, called to tell them I was there, turned my car off and the guy walked out of the store with my order.

Polite helpful staff. Had to get help twice and it was no problem finding someone and they were very polite in helping me. Had what I wanted for children's arts and crafts.
