I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Virginia and Amy on my recent purchase of a Ford Escape. Virginia (sales) was very patient with her tutorial on how to deal with all the bells and whistles that were totally foreign to me. I did not for one instant feel that I was 'pitched' in order for her to make a sale. She was very professional and down to earth every step of the way. The staff took great care to maintain rules and laws laid out by the government regarding Covid-19 and I felt every precaution was handled perfectly. Service was amazing! Quick to get me an appointment, super friendly and easy to deal with. Loved that they kept me posted on what was going on with my car by text. When they had to keep my car longer than expected, they quickly got me set up with a loaner and dropped it off to me at work. Definetly recommend this dealership!
My experience with Blue Star Ford has been nothing but the best! They do regular maintenance inspections and service if necessary on our 2015 Escape and have always been very thorough. Truly a pleasure to deal with !
Had my f350 in because of a check engine light the guys and gals at blue star Ford took really good care of me. They got the job done even know it was a big diagnosis and a problem that would come and go but none the less they fixed it made sure I was taken care of to the fullest extent.
