Worst experience ever! Quoted wrong price. Overcharged. Gave away vehicle Was told if I wasn't there by noon they would give away the u haul the second time and was already prepaid. Very rude clerk!! Only had u haul for 18 hours. They didn't do a walk around the uhaul I was told to do it myself. Again worst experience ever!!

As storage places go this is an excellent facility. It is clean and very well maintained. The people who work here are friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful. I have dealt with them for several years now and can say that I haven't had a single negative experience whether it be the rental of my locker or renting a van or truck.

Never go to Uhaul Sidney very unprofessional, the cashiers were drunk when I was a customer there. The caretakers are rude. They took 2 payments from my bank for one month of storage rent and said the computer was broken. A boat from their storage outside was stolen last year right out of their lot at night, would I trust my items with them, ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Very bad service.The hostess never smile.If she is tired or has any problems must to stay at home.
