Amazing service! I felt like I was taken care of by a member of my own family. Called the after-hours number and explained that my Mom was experiencing a problem with the lights in the bedrooms. I was remote and couldn't do anything and was looking for any help they could provide. They were onsite quickly, took care of the problem, were very helpful and pleasant with my Mom. This was my first time using their service but I know who I'll be calling for all my future electrical contracting needs. THANK YOU!
We always get great service from Malcolm's. Marcus is a very approachable guy. We own Sidney Plumbing and have personally used them as a sub-contractor numerous times, and recommend them to clients all the time as well, always with great reviews and results.
Last year the main breaker switch to our townhouse complex started smoking late at night. We tried calling a number of companies who claim to offer 24/7 emergency service, but Malcolm Electrical was the only one who actually answered their phone. A fellow came out to our place and inspected the switch. he told us what to do to keep safe for the next day or so and promptly ordered the part we needed. Great service, will absolutely use them again.
