I am a retired cardiologist with a long career in medical leadership. I have had the privilege to work with many fine physicians in all disciplines. My opinion of Dr. Patrick Yang is that he is outstanding. He combines superb medical training with an affable and laid back demeanor touched with humility but exuding confidence. His approach is very reassuring. My experience as a patient requiring cataract surgery was excellent. Dr. Yang's surgical skill is first class. His staff are friendly, professional and efficient. I admit I had to wait longer to see him than I would have liked but I feel my fabulous outcome was worth the wait. Dr Yang is a tremendous asset to our medical community. See him without hesitation.

Dr. P. Yang is fabulous and he is a wonderful person. Anyone who meets him, it is obvious he is extremely talented in what he does. He is truly meant to be in his role. I received the eyelid surgery which was a great experience with minimal discomfort. There was no scaring, and I am happy to see myself in the mirror no longer looking grumpy or feeling weighed down. His precision in his work is definitely something to take note of. The botox is always on point and never too much or too little. It is always perfect. Victoria, B.C. is lucky to have him!
Recently i got asian double eyelids surgery from Dr Yang and i am 200% satisfied with the result. My eyes used to look uneven, have many creases but Dr Yang fixed all my concerns and now they look not only natural but also more symmetrical and “energetic”. I am in my eighties, and had already had one cataract/lens replacement by another surgeon - with which I was very happy. When I needed my other eye doing, Dr. Yang could operate much sooner than anyone else available, so I arranged to see him. He has done a first-class job - my eyesight is now so good I do not need glasses except for reading. Completely professional and reassuring in every aspect - preliminary discussions, the operation itself, and post-op follow-up. Highly recommended!
A week ago, Dr. Yang performed cataract surgery on one of my eyes. Never having had this surgery. I wasn't sure what to expect. Previous laser surgery made it more difficult to get precise measurements for the new lens, which could affect the quality of my vision after surgery. After additional diagnostic testing and with Dr. Yang's devoting extra time, care and determination to get the best possible result, I had the surgery. I am thrilled with the clarity of my vision and wholeheartedly recommend Patrick Yang to anyone considering eye surgery.
I was referred to Dr. Yang for cataract surgery, and right from the start he put me at ease regarding my upcoming surgery. He was extremely personable and yet professional. The surgery was quick, and I am thrilled with the results. Looking forward eagerly to having my other eye done in the very near future. Dr. P. Yang did DCR (Dacryocystorhinostomy) surgery on my eyes to treat watery, sticky eyes caused by narrowing or a blockage of the tear drainage tubes. I was constantly wiping my eyes, trying to clear my vision. This surgery is done from the inside of the nose, so no cuts or stitches in your face. I had the procedure on Aug 6/2019. All my appointments and consultations leading up to and after the surgery were very informative and Dr. Yang answered any questions I had. Very personable and professional, I felt totally at ease going into the surgery. (I also had great care at the Sannich Peninsula Hospital.) I highly recommend Dr. P.Yang for this surgery. I have not wiped one runny eye since! Thank you Dr. Yang!
