Standard pharmacy, poor service.

Very disappointed tonight. At 9:47 pm a young mail clerk pulled down the blinds over the dairy section while 3 of us customers were milling around this area. Not sure if the other 2 people wanted dairy but i was definitely going to take a look. Didn't happen. I left store.

Upon checking out itapped mt PCMadtercard and it paidfor the items. I asked the cletk about my points. She said the "one tap"did both. When i checked my receipt at home it said "with your pc optimum card you would have earned thede points. This is not the first time i missed points. The above post was for April 3. I gsve it 3 stars at time. Now it gets none. I was told a gift card would be mailed out to me for missing points. None has arrived. I called about it today and store manager said that would never happen as he knew nothing about it. On Sunday April 26 i was in the store. It was not crowded when i arrived. The location of hsnd sanitizer wad moved from inside store and it seemed to be a bit of trouble for someone on cosmetics to show me where the hand sanitizer was located..r The aisles are not marked for direction at top of aisles No ones was monitering traffic. People were going on every direction. Check out was horrible as people in were within 1 to 3 ft away from each other. I complained to cletk on self checkout and she just shrugged her shoulders.

Crappy customer service in the back at the medical desk, not very friendly and helpful. Very disappointed, usually shoppers drug is better than that. Disappointed.
