I have been going to this shoppers for 4 years now they have been incredible and helped me beyond what they had to I would never go to another pharmacy they are kind and will do everything in there power to help you I appreciate Michael and the staff of shoppers tremendously keep up the good work because parksville needs people and a store like you

I like this store fir many reasons however it was ridiculous on last Thursday of the month there were a terrible amount of people in the store and I could not safely walk around it. Way too many people that were not social distancing. They do have a guard at the door but still not enough people coming out fir us to go in.
I find staff friendly and helpful. They do pay attention to each shopper. Great especially when i can't find something that I am looking for.
The women in Beauty are 5 STARS! I enjoy all of them. helpful and courteous no matter age- my daughter and her friends were treated well here and I shop here weekly! Love the beauty counter Just wish the lights to the product/ fragrances were down - they should be cool distorts products. Things should not be crowded in the aisle- I tripped on a display in the deodorant area. More beauty products and fragrances please
Mike is super nice and accommodating. They switched gears very quickly during the Covid outbreak to continue to serve their customers in a safe manner by offering delivery. I opted for the delivery but It wasn't urgent that I get my prescription right away as I still had a month's worth. However I got my prescription that afternoon and was told if I needed anything else to just email and they would get it for me. Excellent customer service and overall caring. That doesn't happen very often anymore. Thank you Mike.
