Great customer service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They help teach my 6 yr old how to shoot properly and encourage her not to give up when she was starting out. They found creative was to help her out. There equipment is good quality to buy and it is inexpensive to rent for an hour if you don't have your own. They helped me pick out the right bow for me that suits my needs and my style when it was time for me to get me own set. Same when I bought a beginner set for my daughter. They make it a pleasant experience for a mother daughter day.

Great place to go very fun and family friendly. Knowledgeable people and passionate. Got my first bow from here at a reasonable price. (edit) can't say more due to the shops closure as explained from the hard economic time unexpected experiences which was unfortunate and unforseen.

Was brought here as a fun thing to do while on vacation, and boy is it fun. They guys who run it were fantastic and very knowledgeable even though I'd never shot a bow before. My first experience was a blast the next day I was itching to go back and even treated myself to a bow. The owners helped me set it up professionally and took all my measurements and helped me zone my sights on. Now been 4 times and on my fourth visit I was hitting the centres more times than I would of thought possible Even on one of the visits we brought our families for a taster of it and nothing is too much trouble in making sure they had a good day even our two five year old girls. Seriously guys I applaud the work you do, the knowledge you have and wish you every success in your business you both deserve it. On the plus side I reckon I can fit in another 7 shoots before I go back to the UK.

I started off new to archery at T&T and Diana was sensational at showing and guiding me on how to operate a compound bow. Bought a bow the next day and have been back there regularly since. My 2nd or third visit I arrived at a League competition accidentally. I was hesitant to join since I wasn't anywhere the level of pros. The staff was very encouraging and eventually I participated in the League the same night! The archers there are friendly and I feel immediately welcomed. T&T website is up to date with their calender so you can plan to go around events. Staff members are very helpful and knowledgeable with bow and arrow service compared to other shops. A indoor range!

I'd been to another archery shop and had received the worse customer service ever, then a friend told me about TNT Archery. Went there trying to sort out lessons for my child, customer service has been fantastic. Would recommend anyone looking for an indoor range, help and products to have a look here first.

Had my husband's surpise birthday here. John and Diana were very flexible with booking a large group and hosted such a fun event. We will definitely be back!

Archery is a fun activity and I will do it again but I won't go back to this particular business. Terrible customer service from John. We mentioned on the phone that our family would like to do one hour of archery. We were told that they don't take reservations and that we can just show up at any time after their private event is done. It's first-come, first-served and we are okay with that. Anyway, we show up and John was extremely upset that seven of us showed up instead a "couple of people". I don't know why it was a huge deal because 1) it was not a reservation, and 2) the place was empty except for one other customer. He started yelling and saying that we should've been more specific about the number of people. We were absolutely shocked by John's reaction and we had no idea how to respond as it was completely unexpected. It was a very immature and petty reaction for a grown man like him. We would've left immediately but we travelled a long way, so we're like, forget that and let's just get this over with. Diana was very apologetic on behalf of John, and tried to make excuses for him, which was very sad and pathetic actually. Whatever those excuses are, it does not give John the right to talk like that to ANYONE. I would've expected a reason as to why it's important to know the exact number of people coming instead of just getting immediately angry without an explanation. I admire Diana's strength with putting up with the kind of person. Diana was very kind and gracious and showed us safety procedures and how to properly use the bows and arrows. The facility is pretty nice with a fairly large archery area and a separate merchandise area. We did our archery for one hour, paid and left. We don't intend on returning. We will gladly spend our money elsewhere.
