Always always always out of stock on the items our teams need in the sizes we need. Go in for a once a year big sale and they don't even have the stock to support the need... The discount you are supposed to get on some items being a Pheonix family is hardly ever applied and if I hadn't been told but someone outside the store I wouldn't have known... It's hard to support a place that has the monopoly on the Pheonix logo gear that isn't honest with its customers... Like the short sale..... Would have been nice to know those shorts are going to be gone for the outdoor season before people bought them \on sale\ .... Simply dissatisfied. Our kids can just wear the gear minus the Pheonix logo bought from other stores.
