Appointment was easy to make and convenient. Clinic is handy to our home and parking is available. It is clean, efficient and wait times are minimal. Staff are friendly and efficient and I was in and out in minimum of time. Safety protocols were good.

It was very nice experience , but when told to be there 30 min before my appointment well the office wasn't even open 30 mins prior to appointment. So was there 30 mins waiting out side as I walked to appointment Other than that I give it a 5

I have to say that this place is amazing!! The staff were awesome and kind today. I was greeted right away but two friendly ladies at the front desk. I was a first timer so I was nervous but the lady who did my ultrasound was wonderful and even answered some questions for me. The two ladies who took me into the room to get my shot in the hip were fantastic and so was the doctor. My freezing didn’t take well....no fault of theirs, my moms side are like this, so I had more discomfort than most. They were amazing, kept me talking, telling me I’m doing great, the doctor was very gentle as well. I highly recommend Insight Imaging Sherwood Park, especially if you’re a first timer like I was.
I went for spinal xrays, without having a prior appointment. The front line of the clinic were fantastic. Went through the covid protocol, took my information to the front. The wait room was very clean, well laid out and spacious. Was taken in for xrays immediately and had my xray disk for me within 10 minutes. All the staff were professional, friendly and nice. An excellent experience as always thank you.
