Terrible experience this time in terms of customer service from the staff named Atulo (that's how he pronounced it at least when I asked his name). No greetings when he called my name, straightaway directed me to chair number 4, no introduction or even a friendly talk as I sat in the chair while he took few minutes working on the computer. He gave his name when I asked him, his response was ' I forget'. When he asked if I'm blood thinners twice, I told him I'm not . He further said, 'Not many people know about blood thinners'. While I was giving my feedback to the lady at the counter, he came back with is ID this time and tried getting a little loud. I've visited this location and other locations in the past and I've never had any staff member demonstrating this kind of poor professional attitude. Always felt welcome and treated fairly before this visit. Please remember to greet and treat people the way you would like to be treated.

It was dark, very dark, the temperature was -27C and I was finishing a long day at work. I had one more chore to do - Bloodwork at DynaLife. Usually I go to the lab at Synergy but they close at 6:00 and I knew I could not get there in time so I thought I would try the lab on Athabasca. Never there before, I turned down Kaska Dr. The streets were dark. I couldn’t find the lab! There is no sign! Darn it all!!!! But then I happened to see a dark outline of the sign so parked there. Now I can’t find the door! It’s -27C and I am getting cold, the door was on the OTHER side of the building. So I go inside, checked in, and told the front desk that the sign was out. She thanked me and then gave a sigh that said it all. “Yeah, I’ll say something but management could care less.” The lab tech drawing the blood was fantastically pleasant, I wish I got her name. She has excellent customer skills. Yes, I would return knowing where to go now. But seniors definitely need to go during the daylight. BTW- The photos show it much brighter than the eye sees it.

Staff is nice and all but EXTREMELY SLOW!! slow in typing, slow in understanding and all kind of gather around the front desk trying to figure out how to use the system. Very annoying. I witnessed all staff working on this one client and her paperwork for like an hour while the waiting line kept piling up.

My two year old needed to provide a urine sample for a possible UTI. Well that's a tall order for a toddler who is struggling with potty training and now an added sense of urgency and pain. The staff helped us rush to the back with a unlabeled collection cup so we wouldn't miss our opportunity. They labeled the cup and processed the requisition form after we came back from the washroom. That was very considerate and kind and I won't forget it.

Awful experience! My 13 year old daughter was humiliated by the man who checked us in. She was having to do some not fun tests and was already embarrassed at having to complete these tests. When we went up to the counter he began asking questions (loudly) and telling us we did the test all wrong (even though we followed their instructions) and that the test would be ruined. He was loud, arrogant and extremely degrading. Everyone in the waiting room knew what was going on and my daughter was so embarrassed. I will never return!
