Worst experience ever, buyer beware of this place, they will leave you broken-hearted, the place where dreams turn into nightmares. The floor in our unit has not been addressed to a satisfactory manner, how do you want a customer to be satisfied after paying that much money on a beautiful trailer only to be left with a buff mark on the floor where a scratch was supposedly fixed. Not good business.

First class organization that I would recommend to anyone. Our salesman Bob was not pushy at all let us work at our pace and only provided input when asked. He made sure we were comfortable and edicated at every point in the process discussing each positive and negative in detail and again not trying to rush us through the process. By the end of the experience we felt like we were friends with everyone we dealt with. Great range of products for every level of customer so can meet any need and price range. They went out of their way and it shows in every facet of their organization.
My wife and I purchased a beautiful 2020 Brookstone 344fl back in July of 2020 our First major purchase of our dream trailer, There were minor issues with the trailer during the pre delivery inspection they assured us it would be fixed before taking possession I quote them “oh no worries we can fix that before you take it” That never happened instead they then said we can send it back in later in the fall to get the items addressed we said we camp year round and want it back in a timely fashion so again they said no problem they said it would be a 10 day turnaround we sent it in on oct 19-2020 So here we are 5 months later February 1-2021 and into a new year still trying to get our initial 1 year warranty work on some minor issues (nothing structural or mechanical )completed along with countless empty promises multitude of emails to them and the manufacture to resolve this is . We are disgusted ,upset and In our opinion this is completely and utterly unacceptable despite covid and all their other excuses Our dream has become a nightmare !!!! Love the trailer Not the bull &?!& that goes with it Still waiting on completion! Walk away !!!! Update:March 12-2021 Had a work completion walk through A couple of weeks ago After 5 months there were still 4 outstanding items that were not resolved (apparently nobody can pick up a phone and ask a question if they can’t find the issue) (Unbelievable right) We finally got 4 of them resolved and our trailer is finally back home We are still unsatisfied with a final lino issue that dealership and manufacturer has accepted as an issue so I guess according to them have to live with it I guess there motto is the business owner is always right No kudos here for customer satisfaction Thus my rating stays at 1 star as that’s was the minimum option Not to mention the unacceptable answer my wife got for her review worth the read as well Just stating the facts people ,but you be the judge . Once again Run don’t walk
So we originally bought our camper from the same company (Western RV). There were some poor tactics used in getting us to sign up for the on site warranty. (All lies do not sign up for the warranty. They will tell you anything to get the 50% kick back. The on-site warranty is only on the drive train and they will never come good for the warranty issues. Also, the pre sale inspection was terrible. I eventually fixed what I could and and paid an onsite repair person to fix the issues. When we sold it to All-star RV the experience was excellent. We agreed on a fair price and upon inspection they paid.
