Very nice truck, smooth talker salesman, yes it was the right price, Picked it up Friday afternoon, Called the salesman Monday to tell him about the transmission leaking very badly, he offered to do nothing. Since Monday it is in the repair shop for some transmission work, very expensive to have fixed too, I will be looking into l'Office de la Protection du Consommateur!

Late review. While driving from Minnesota to Maine via Canada in August 2019, I encountered a problem with my drivers side power side view mirror, on my 2018 F-150. At that time, I was driving east through Montreal and had about 35800 miles on my truck, and it was late in the day. My wife looked for a ford dealer along our route and found ValEstrie Ford in Sherbrooke. I called the dealer and spoke with Mr Martin Godin, service advisor. I explained my situation to him, and he said they could look at my vehicle first thing the following morning. The following morning they checked my vehicle and determined the mirror motor had failed and ordered a new one, as well as a new mirror just in case the mirror broke during repairs. Unfortunately, it would take 5 days for the parts to arrive, luckily for me, my return trip took me back through Sherbrooke a week later. I stopped in a week later and they took care of my truck. Mr. Martin Godin, and the rest of the staff at the dealership were amazing, and incredibly helpful. They made a unfortunate issue in the middle of my trip, very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing service or in the market for a vehicle!
The service agent Mrs. Sylvie Allaire was very nice, and my situation very efficiently. She deserves a good tap on the shoulder for a job well done.
