What an excellent service and parts department. My son and I were "stranded" in Magog due to some serious tire damage. They arranged for the car to be towed, expedited the ordering and installation of a new set of tires - all while we enjoyed a day of cycling in the rolling hills. Thank you Christian and team.

It all started with at the Sherbrooke Auto Show where I had the pleasure to meet M.Yvon Rosa at the BMW booth. I usually am very skeptical of the offer they present to you but I must admit that his approach was authentic. Needless to say that further meetings took place and I took delivery of a beautiful X1 on March 10th. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime but this experience tops them all.
