This place is my mecca of Makeup. I absolutely love this store. I'm like a kid in a candy shop everytime I drag (so it would seem) my boyfriend in. I could spend hours in here trying out the numerous makeup testers they have out. You can also get mini makeovers and free take away samples of anything which is a liquid that they offer in store. I removed one star only because I find the store can be really messy at times. I know cleaning up ALL the makeup people destroy cannot be easy but it's all in the visual presentation. I also don't find the staff here to be as friendly as the people on the island and they don't typically include free samples in your bag unless you ask. I also don't usually ask the staff for color matching as I don't free the individual is as much of an 'expert' as Sephora likes to claim thay are. Not the staffs fault as I'm sure they would hear about it if they said they were not sure of a proper foundation color match. All in all I basically live here.
Very good store for all beautiful women and girls..so many kinds of makeup to keep them beautiful forever....clean and organized with many kinds of fragrances....and more

I love Sephora product. I love to shop in this store a-lot. Almost spent hundreds of dollars in every visit. I’m waiting for my refund from almost 3 months but not getting anything. Tried there customer service still not getting any result. Store say go with customer service department and customer service says visit store for refund. Whenever i emailed them, i need to explain everything again from starting to end. Which is really very frustrating. They are not valuing their customer. They don’t want them to return to them again. Highly unsatisfactory and disappointed with Sephora services
Ridiculous. Associate comes up to me in fragrance and says I can’t touch the testers and associates can only spray the testers on the perfume sampler paper bc of COVID. Understandable. She then wanders off to god knows where. There is no one in the fragrance section at all now to spray the testers for me, took me at least 10 minutes to find someone for help. Please fix or upgrade your customer service, I can’t get help from ANYONE in this store, others also seem to have a similar experience. Will be shopping online from now on.
Went in for the Holiday sale, if you go when they open, it’s not really busy so it’s the best time if you want to shop. Luna was very helpful in my purchases. I went again around 3-4 and it was very busy.
