Online orders are definitely the way to go here if you don't want to wait around. Excellent flavors and freshness from what we ordered. Walk-in orders are another thing. Still great food but within the same day we did a walk-in order and it was a 20 minute wait for our order and someone else that came in at the same time. I understand prep work takes time but both orders from 2 different customers were a drink and an item that was already prepared. Walk-in orders require a faster turnaround time and staff need to be aware of this. I'll change my rating if there's an improvement.

Lots of delicious vegan and vegetarian options available. Get Juiced Yoga (monthly) is also great in this space! Big beautiful windows and tons of natural lighting.

Very friendly service, excellent food. Highly recommend. Tried the the Hot Shot wellness shot, Santa Fe wrap and an amazing soup of the day..African peanut or something like that. While we were waiting for our order, we looked through a display full of locally made products and artwork for sale, this was such a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

We went to this place for the first time this week. I was very happy to find a place that has vegan food in Selkirk. We had veggie wraps, chickpea salad and juice. The wraps were completely dry and without any type of dressing. The chickpea salad was a bowl of lettuce with a scoop of very dry chickpeas, no dressing at all - except a small dish of hummus. My stomach is still aching a day later. Will not be returning.

Stopped in for lunch. Sweet Potato soup was easily one of the best sweet potato soups I've ever had. The Beet salad was delicious. Perfectly seasoned. I've had their vegan cheesecakes on a couple of occasions and I personally love the mocha cheesecake. Zero complaints. Service, prices, quality of food was all great.
