I can't say enough great things about my experience at GM. Jamie was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for and he helped me pick out the perfect vehicle. Then to top off a great experience, Georgina took care of all the financial side and she was more than helpful with trying to get me the best deals and saving me money wherever she could. Then days after they've sold me my car they are telling me how I can save even more and get money back! Everyone there is extremely personable, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. If I could give them more stars I would.

Due to my budget , we were not able to work out a deal on a new vehicle , however Jamie Reynolds went above and beyond the first time around with trying to see what he can do to meet my firm budget. Patrick the dealerships general manager was also very professional and sincere with his effort and this has compelled me to do this write up. Buying a car is stressful but I certainly feel the stress was really mitigated while shopping here - it must be an island thing , genuine and good intentions at this dealership. We had a great experience purchasing our new truck from Sunshine Coast GM. We dealt with Nick Wort, and we were very pleased. Initially, we dealt with Nick over phone/texts/emails (received a video introducing himself as well as a video showing us, in detail, the truck we were interested in purchasing). He answered all our questions, provided us with the final purchase amount (including the trade-in value for our 2013 truck), all this without us having to go anywhere. We decided to take the day and go to the Sunshine Coast (we live in North Vancouver) to meet Nick in person and finalize the sale (although the option to have it delivered was available to us). When we arrived, everything was in order and went smoothly. Nick is a very nice, engaging person, there was no sales pressure in our initial contact regarding the truck, he was very knowledgeable (if he didn’t have the answer, he found it for us). The additional staff we were in contact with were also very nice, knowledgeable people (Patrick, the Manager and Deanna, the Finance Manager). My husband and I highly recommend seeing Nick and the team, at Sunshine Coast GM, for your next vehicle purchase.
