Really appreciate Dale's helpfulness today. I have an older, off-warranty Echo trimmer that had a broken part in the carb. I called to see if they could sell me a new carb and Dale suggested I bring it in. He went to the back and found a broken carb from which I could get my part. He could have easily sold me a new one instead. I was back in business an hour later (incl a good project with my boy) instead of waiting for a week or more for a special order. Not many businesses take the \long view\ on customers this way, and its appreciated. I'm already a repeat customer and will be back :)
