Visited Seb for the first time last week and was super happy had all my parts in stock and answered my questions with experience and knowledge that proved to be true as his suggestions solved my issue that other larger shops had failed on. He is a straight shooter and a no BS kinda guy and will be back again thanks for the advice and tips. For those that don't like Seb's honesty go shop somewhere else the world needs more peeps like Seb....

Fantastic hobby shop Seb is incredibly helpful and unbelievably knowledgeable. He helped me get started with a scx10 Cherokee asked me a number of questions to make sure that was indeed a good fit for me even made some custom wireing to make my charger work with it. Gave me great advice on maintenance of the battery and the truck. New to hobby? Don't go anywhere else this place has it all. I couldn't be happier with my purchase having a blast driving over everything.

Unethical Business Practice! Rude and Completely Unprofessional! Last May I placed an order for a costly UDR RC Trophy Truck. A cash deposit of 150.00 was requested to process this order. I paid this cash deposit. I was told 4/6 weeks arrival time. All pertinent information was also given to Seb at that time. After nearly 8 months and monthly calls by me enquiring of my orders arrival status I decided 8 months was an unacceptable wait time for a product. This morning I called Seb and asked if he would kindly refund my deposit? I was told he called recently and my phone didn’t work and specifically said “No Redunds”??? I asked what number or email was he using to contact me and was told his customers were laughing at me and he wasn’t going to refund any of my deposit? Seb was rude, completely unprofessional and unethical. Terrible Service, Unprofessional Business Conduct and I would never recommend him.
