Very responsive! The communication went smoothly from getting the quote to finishing the job... The window got here 2 weeks early so they sent someone in the very next day to replaced it. Friendly installers got here on time (early) They worked fast and efficient! I forgot to ask them about the promo but even without the promo I think h we the price is fair and lower than many other companies. Thank you Clera Windows!
I had Clera replace all my doors and windows last year. They were very professional and efficient with installation and repairing some rot around 1 window and door. This year, I had a minor problem with the weatherstripping around my main door. They replied promptly and had a technician come fix the problem within 24 hours.
I ordered a door to be installed by this company almost two years ago. The door was installed and was the wrong door panel then the order that had been placed. First the owner tried to say that it was my fault until I showed him all the emails back and fourth showing the door I request. Then he tried to make me settle for the door saying that he thinks it looks fine. Very unprofessional when purchasing a 5000 door. He finally agreed to replace the door. He notified me the door was ready and then had someone come to the house to install the door without confirming an appointment. When I got home from work that day I found that just the door slab was replaced and the light above the entrance of the door was broken. Not only had he just replaced the slab but extra holes had been drilled in the frame to line up the new slab and more than half of the door lock holes were installed without the screws even in the wood because the bore holes were out of line. I had contacted Rodger and after him being rude and unprofessional with me in a series phone calls and emails explaining that I would not be paying the rest of the money until the door was fixed and that I no longer had trust in him being able to perform the work the last email I sent on November 15th 2019 said that I would accept the door in the shape it is for the deposit of 2500. I never received an email back. Today December 11th 2020 he knocked on the door and requested the rest of the money be paid or he would be hiring a Lawyer. I will be emailing the better business bureau over this but I really believe that no one should use this company. This type of Business should not be around and I hope that this review is read before anyone would even consider using this company. Do yourself a favour and just DON’T!!! I will be posting this on other platforms including pictures of the work.
