Scott and Lisa at Rollin’ Roaster provided us with the most delicious brisket for our wedding dinner. The guests were talking about it all night! With Covid throwing wrenches in our wedding plans, Scott was able to work with us and we made adjustments together so everyone would be safe.

Scott & Team were amazing! Right from the get go they made the planning process easy, they were always available for questions, and they helped keep everything on track! The day of - they were INCREDIBLE! The food was amazing! We did buffet and their customer service really stood out! Scott welcomed the guests into the buffet area where the remainder of the staff were ready to serve, and answer any questions. They were very efficient in getting people through which was a huge relief because we were all able to eat together and there was no congestion. They totally did all of this with ease, they worked so well with the MC to coordinate. Would 100% recommend!
We hired Scott Saunders' Rollin Roaster for our wedding day at the end of June 2019. We had roughly 86 guests in an outdoor, barn setting venue. Scott was very easy to work with and ensured there would be no issues with preparing and keeping our food hot in our outdoor venue. The food was delicious and was above our expectations! We had a buffet style meal, with the BBQ chicken & Brisket as our meats. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the brisket and many had seconds of main course instead of dessert! Thank you for making our day so great, and providing wonderful service!
