Alex was quick to respond. The air bags deployed in my car accident and he quickly checked to see if I was alright and if I needed medical attention. Thankfully I didn’t. He was polite and professional. He cleared the road from the accident debris as well as helped me collect my belongings from my car. Alex took me to meet my husband at the next available car pool parking lot. He even offered a rental car to me before he knew my husband was coming for me. He was patient and attentive. From the car pool parking lot he escorted us to the closest police station. He never asked me for money. He dealt with my insurance for me. He is honest and kind. I’m thankful he was there to help me that day. I will definitely forward his name and number if someone needs a tow.
Was very helpful and informative. He took great care in making sure my large shuttle bus was towed properly, removing the rear axel so as not to damage my transmission during transport. Would recommend this service
STRANDED Stallard Towing, thank you to Alex for looking after my wife, sister-in-law and baby. They were stranded on the side of the road late at night and a convenience store worker passed by and said when he got to work, down on highway, he would call for assistance. His boss recommended Stallard Towing and Alex, you came to the rescue. Thank you for getting them off that dark road that night and bringing them home. You were right it was a small job and I was able to fix it myself in the light of day. Richard
AVOID AT ALL COSTS This \company\ is a joke. My client called for a tow truck and some Russian guys first words to him is \if you were in Europe you would be dead the tow truck driver would pull you out and kill you\ not even in a joking manor. This came off as a threat more than anything then he says to him that the cops were looking for his car and that it wouldn't be there in the morning after he refused his 200 for 40 kilometer tow. This guy is a complete whack job and I wouldn't be surprised if he has already hurt people looking for a tow and stolen their cars. Cops have been notified.
