Jessie @ Zean Century Stone has always been a pleasure to deal with and will ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Let me backtrack a bit. We are a neighbor of Zean. They relocated from their Markham location about a year ago, and in the midst of their unit renovation, a mishap caused only our unit (out of 21 units) to lose power for a few days during the start of our busy spring season. Jessie, through her perseverance, managed to find a contractor during the Good Friday/Easter weekend and had us back up and running again within 48 hours or so. As a testament to her ethics, she acknowledged the losses our business incurred during the downtime and made sure we were left "financially whole" again in a timely manner. So how does this relate to you as a retail consumer? Well, rather than not taking responsibility, avoiding us, or lengthening any time needed to address our incurred losses, she immediately righted the situation to our satisfaction. She took ownership. In the same sense, we are confident in saying that Zean Century Stone would do things professionally and ethically right from the time you enter her business, until the time you have your kitchen or bathroom upgrade, along with any issues that may arise. You will not get that kind of personalized start-to-finish service from a big box store. Give Zean Century Stone a look at before your next kitchen/bathroom renovation.

My experience with Zean was outstanding. Their selection of products is extensive. I received great advice on selecting my kitchen countertop stone. The quartz was perfect in my kitchen adding just enough of a "warm" factor. Everything about the installation went smoothly from booking appointments, measurements and finally the installation itself. I highly recommend Zean!
