Received an invoice for a non-existent order that was never placed. Called the first time, only to be told that the person in charge of accounts isn't in and to call back the next day. I called the second time, they said they called our office but no one picked up (we are a busy office) and the person in charge of accounting have already left for the day (it was 11 am!). The customer service agent (that was her title) on the phone needs to revisit her tone and choice of words. She said \I should make a point to call back since our accounts person is only here select days...\. The idea that I should make a point to accommodate an order that was never placed and charged to my office is a little absurd. Perhaps this office should consider their customer service approach and practice empathy and most definitely, training for choice of words used.

Worst company ever! Rude, condescending con artists!!!! They claimed to have spoken to my boss and agreed to a toner order, LIES!!! They then proceeded to send order after order with a price tag of 219/each plus HST and shipping. Often they would send 2 cartridges at the same time. We are a tiny office and use maybe 1 cartridge a year. We literally have a pile of cartridges!!! After multiple phone calls, it was agreed that there would be no more sent, as our term was up and if we paid the last invoice (which we did) that would be the end of our relationship ... I went away on vacation last month and low and behold ... MORE TONER ARRIVED!!! Unfortunately a new employee signed for the package, as he was unaware of the history and has reopened Pandora’s box! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!! I feel sorry for anyone else that has been sucked into their twisted game as they are relentless.
Joanne was a real treat they had called for the buy 2 get a great price so we did... I have now received a 3rd shipment and when I called said it was 4 we ordered, I told them I would be shipping them back as the product didn't work in my printer to that she started yelling at me and called me a goof then hung up, when I called back she proceeded to just hang up again DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
