We had purchased a Dyson Vacuum from this store a few weeks ago and finding it not so convenient to use, decided to exchange it for a higher and more expensive model of Dyson from them. At first we were disappointed that the store had a no returns (exchange) policy, and were upset too as for us it was a big purchase. However we got a call from the store manager after we voiced our grievance and he put our mind at ease telling us they would take back the machine and we could get the model we wanted. It wasn't in stock at the time so he ordered it for us and we were able to go in without any problem after a week and do an exchange. We used the new model from Dyson and are very happy with it.. What made me write this review is the great customer service given to us by the store once they realized how upset we were! We shall definitely be going back to them for other purchases down the road.

Went to Visions to buy a microwave that was on sale. Walked around for a good 5 minutes before I was helped. Their appliance section is very very small. Saw the microwave I was looking for, but there was a significant dent in the box. The sales person said \oh! It's fine. That's just the packaging!\ I insisted that we check, so he opened the box and sure enough, there was a massive dent in the microwave. They do have great prices, but you can't trust their sales people.

Highly recommend this place if you're in the area and need any electronics/gadgets. The customer service was great. The employees really looked out for my needs and guided me throughout the process. They attended to all questions/concerns I had! Definitely check this place out and shoutout to Rashed for the professional service and being patient throughout the entire shopping experience!

This my goto place for home electronics. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They truly try their best to provide the best experience, and price for your shopping needs. I will definitely go back. If you need anything electronic, make sure you give these guys a chance. Products are prices are great and staff are friendly so try them out. I had worst experience in vision electronics. Originally got a cracked tv from inside tv, I spoke to jamal salesperson. He told me cannot repalced and told me to speak with sharp tv customer care. Even I speak with them . They told me to contact vision electronics both are not giving proper response. Even I do have one year warranty. Their warranty system is a scam. The TV stopped working after 15 days . No one giving proper answer for this porduct.
