ZERO stars but I could not post without putting a star rating. Virgin started off nice but changed after being a customer for one year. They verbally lied saying my free 1gb data will renew after proving Im a student (only a month difference form when they told me I qualify then took it away). Also, they circled the wrong plan on what I thought I was signing for so I ended up paying 200 for an iPhone 6s (when it was already outdated) and 45 for unlimited text, NO unlimited calling and NO data at all! What a rip-off and liars. Also, they keep charging me 10-20 extra for at least three months now because I am using data, when I NEVER turn it on and charge me for long-distance calling when I have no one to call for long distance? Even when I had data for that one year, I NEVER went over it so how could I use my data when I do not even turn it on? Terrible customer service, they have no patience and no manners (especially the girl who usually works there, a little chubbier). The men were decent - one left now. I can't wait until I can cancel my contract and leave them. I am a customer of Virgin for more than just my phone but now I am changing every device I have from them -internet, phone, etc - to other people with honesty and BETTER QUALITY service. Internet often breaks down anyway and service is not good. There are so many other companies to go to, do not waste your time, money, and energy on this one.
