They have messed up my order on several take out occasions. Today, they over charged me AGAIN and when I wanted to see the receipt they refused and tried to hide this. Then after I demanded the receipt they reluctantly provided but claim it as honest mistake. I even left a tip at first to be nice and when I confronted this they refusing to give even return tip back too. I will stop supporting this place. They pretend to be polite but it's fake. They just wanted me to drop the issue and leave. Update: ignore the response below about \making it right\. It's all for show. How about just providing a refund? Otherwise words are meaningless. They did not want to make it right when I was already at the restaurant. If are are serious about service, then just refund the money.

I finally got around to leaving a review from my new year take out experience. I ordered online with a specified pick-up time. However, I ended up waiting 40min in their restaurant to pick-up. The front desk is so disorganized it's like they don't actually know how to manage orders and customers. They kept asking everyone's name every 5 minutes and being completely lost. I told the person my name like 15 times while I was there because he just had no idea how to prioritize and manage a restaurant. Everyone was frustrated because they just don't know how to track the orders. Another customer told me they usually call because they experienced having their orders not go through with their online system. It's too bad because the food is fine but their service is horrible. Order from this place on a slow day and don't count on it on a busy Friday or Sat evening take out. They also mistakenly swapped the spice level on my order so my partner wasn't happy with her meal (she wanted mild and got spicy). But I didn't want to go back and wait in line for another 40min for it to be fixed as I was already late getting home. The staff in their kitchen clearly wasn't wearing masks either. Another customer saw that and was so furious and I had to calm him down even though I completely agreed with him. He was also frustrated because he had been there waiting for so long.
Excellent food and decent prices. Food always full flavor and offered different spice levels. Definitely a favorite in the area have been back multiple times already
We were the only ones there so we had the staff to ourselves! We ordered: Saag panner - Very good. Beef vindaloo, lamb korma, and chicken madras - The meat in all these dishes were very tender and delicious. You can literally pull the beef and lamb apart with a spoon. Eggplant curry - this was ok. Mango lassi - A must if you're ordering spicy dishes. Plain naan - All you need to accompany the food. No need to worry about covid-19 issues here, as tables were spaced appropriately.
We went there recently. Good food, friendly staff !!
