I used to come here all the time for parts and body parts but until I bought a transmission for my Civic. Everything was perfect until it was missing a solenoid which should have came with it. So they got the part from another shop and I had to pay them extra for that which should have already came with it. Decent people just a very shady move.

Last place on the planet if you want to order any car parts. Rude customer service and the sales rep was arguing with my instead of helping me make an order. I'm sticking with Garage 16 in Mississauga. They're much friendlier there. Don't waste your time at this dump.
I've been buying from Total Japanese Domestic Motor inc. since 2008. He is very knowledgable, and sells great motors. Kind gentlemen.
Been buying parts off them over the last few years from tires to flash tuners. quick communication through email soon as they have a deposit they contact their suppliers in minutes and often have the products in hand in less than 3 days. They even get parts deliveries on Saturdays. great fast communication, inexpensive parts, and quick deliveries even when parts aren't in stock what more could you want?
Terrible customer service! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Ordered a part online, they charged my credit card. 9 days later after no part and no contact, I decide to call. I ask for an update on the order and they hadn't even sent it out. They claimed my phone wasn't working when they tried to call, asked the rep to cross reference the number they had to the caller ID, he had nothing more to say on the matter. After the rep had cursed at me on the phone I asked to speak with a supervisor/manager. He then refused to give me his name or transfer the call. I asked how we can resolve the matter to which he replied that he will cancel the order. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY and rather overpriced after they charge you in US dollars. First and last encounter with Total Japanese Domestic Motors.
Bought 2 tires for good price. The best price in town. They Work great. But Bad Punctuality & bad customer service.
Just bought a rebuild transmission. No problems and it works like brand new. Delivered on time and very happy with their service.
i bought a JDM DC2 Type -R front clip and It came with everything that I needed to do the conversion for only 650 with Black housing head lights . Awesome Price and most of Body Panels were in Mint condition . I recommend them to everyone and they have a ware house full of parts and price is good.
