I’ve made a couple online orders here which were processed and shipped very quickly, orders are packed very organized and securely.

I bought a G&G SR30 from these guys. The gun worked for the two days I went out. The tamiya connector was loose. That made the fuse for the mosfet blow. Then replaced the fuse with a new on. The whole mosfet then went out. They will not give me any warranty and I’ve had the gun for a week. I’ve sent them two emails on this issues. The email is a week old and no response. I even called to ask a tech about this. The language barrier didn’t help. The tech didn’t know anything and was saying it was the motor. I knew it wasn’t the motor because it wasn’t even connected. I know G&G has issues with all there mosfet. But not to help me out or cover it under warranty. That’s what I hate about these guys. I’ll more than likely be spending more money with them. That’s because they are the biggest local airsoft store. They just need to give warranty no matter what. Week old gun and I can’t get it. Thanks guys.

Sometimes good sometimes meh. Got a few lemons from them but they replaced it with slight hassle. Just make sure to read their return and warranty policy before you buy, as you should with any store anyways. They've definitely improved a lot since I first got into airsoft about 7 years ago.

Customer service accused me of \breaking\ there mags. Were they were already broken upon arrival and refused to honor it. Lost business.
