Very friendly staff. I noticed they have free charging station when my phone only had 5% battery. The phone is locked inside the cabinet and only the staffs have the key to open it. Can put it down and go for some worry-free shopping. It didn't charge very quickly, but still a very nice free add on from teus.
Worst costumer service ever. Had to order my iphone 12 pro here and they told me it will be ship in 1-2 weeks. 6 weeks after the phone hasn’t ship to me. Call they so many they just told me to wait 6 weeks. I didn’t not received any updates on them and when I called they are nit very apologetic and seems irritated that I keep asking for the updates of my phone. When I have to cancel it, took more than 45 minutes to cancel it. Never again with this store. Its a joke! All the customer service are all online on instagram and facebook.
I received exceptional customer service at this location. Both Michelle and Shannon helped me. I switched from another carrier because I wanted better reception. I was willing to pay for better service, but when I signed up they had an amazing promotion, so now I’m actually paying less. Telus in general has been amazing so far. Very good customer service, very good cell reception and very reasonable prices.
Absolutely no intreste shown from any Rep..plus the manager while we talking constantly on chat with someone..no proper info given..They can do better specially the with the volume of customer go there in town centre...0 customer service
Horrible customer service would not recommend anyone to go here, bought a phone and when I took it home realized It was defective when i took it back to the store they refused to exchange it and told me to contact Samsung instead or go to fonelab inside the mall, thankfully I was still under the return policy and just got them to return it. The manger was not helpful at all and didnt care to please the customer. Worst location, ended up going to wow mobile inside the mall and had much better customer experience over there!
Knowing how annoying customer service jobs may be at times, I try not to be those customers who make employees go through hassles. I was greeted right away and told them why I was there, they explained to me it wasn’t as easy but they helped me anyways. I told them it wasn’t a big deal for me to go to the original store but they insisted to help me get what I needed. Everyone in there was super friendly and easy going! Markus was a great help :)
Had a learning session at this store recently. The experience was disappointing at best! There was no help provided for what I wanted to learn about. I asked to be shown new features on my device compared to the older device I had. I was told I'd have to ask a more specific question. When I asked a more specific question, I was told to call Samsung. The entire session lasted about 5mins max. For a learning session, this was absolutely astonishing to me. The lack of customer service & support was unbelievable. Until this experience, I've always received great service from telus. I will not be returning to this location. If I could rate it 0 stars, that would be a more suitable rating.
