I had some ups and downs with this company before I had some good people and some bad people but for the bad drivers from stock transportation Toronto west and east well one of them I really hated what they said and did to me and they really did not like me and I didn’t like them so (beep) them I only trusted the good bus drivers from here to drive me and my friends to school I was really happy with the one they gave me in 2011 - 2012 - 2013 - 2014 and it was stock transportation Toronto east very own Gord Gaines he really knows me very well and still remembers me and he likes me and I liked him still got to see whenever I visited my friends and teachers at my old high school. I still give him bracelets to keep our liking for each other strong. He also liked my friends and teachers and family and they still remembered him. This goes out to him.

I am a very upset mother. My son's morning bus driver was off and sick, which I TOTALLY FEEL FOR. She's a really nice lady. But how it was dealt with was horrible. I received a call in the morning to tell me that they have a new driver, understandable to be a little late. My boyfriend had to call them in order for them to let us know they're going to be late. My son was picked up 8:30am and he was late for school. TODAY, he was picked up 1.5 hour late! My boyfriend had to call the place 8 times for them to "FIND" a driver to pick up my son and my son was 1.5 hour late for school. Weather given, but "FINDING" a driver to replace the one off? AND The lady I spoke to in the morning was VERY RUDE. She started raising her voice to me and all I wanted to do was tell her how concerned I was my son wasn't in school when the school called me. My boyfriend had work to get to. The inconvenience and lack of communication is horrible. I will definitely call for someone higher up. I really am upset about the lady that I spoke with. I've never dealt with this in my life.
