Jason the manager seems to not care about his employees, it's proven by the reviews before me, he doesn't reply to emails or calls on time.When there is a safety meeting he tries to make jokes which are not funny and the reason for him trying to make jokes is to impress Bill sharp that the staff likes him. It Would be nice for Bill sharp to consider new professional and reliable manager for the company. Please don't ask for feedback...because this is the feedback.

I've worked many places but never seen such an unprofessional company like this Sharp Bus Lines. I applied for the job and when I applied the time schedule it showed 8:30 am starting . When the Manager Jason interviewed me asked me can I make it at 7:30 am. I agreed on that . When they confirmed the job they asked me to start from 6:30. I still managed. I took my notebook and pen so that I can make notes and learn . Atleast a new employee needs 3 days to adapt new techniques and softwares. They didn't bother to teach at all. I was the one who showed interest. After my first day performance they put wrong accusations that I was not capable. I worked with A Better Company than this and I had been praised for my performance but this Sharp Bus Lines are really choosy. There were many things I didn't like . They made lots of negative comments about their employees. Which I found unprofessional.
One of the most disorganized companies ever... Drivers set their own schedule and stations to pick up students.
Drivers are not curtious and need better training on parking their buses.

Very bad customer service. Regional manager Jason is very disorganized and does not reply to emails or phone calls even after calling multiple times and leaving multiple messages. Unreliable management. Would not want to work here
