Sew Here Sew Now (SHSN) is the best sewing machines dealer in Scarborough! I checked out another dealer but not all the staff have good customer service or patience to explain things to me. I bought a Brother sewing machine from SHSN when Cathy gave me a discount that was supposed to be applicable only to the Singer machines at that time. The most awesome part is Cathy is an excellent teacher -she is extremely patient and knowledgeable. I was able to learn some basic skills in operating my very first sewing machine and gained confidence to learn more on my own! Its very difficult to find good customer service these days! I believe that Cathy is very passionate about sewing and its not just about money or sales!!

Sew Here Sew Now is hands down the best Husqvarna, Pfaff and Singer dealership in the greater Toronto area. Owner Cathy is amazingly knowledgeable about all things sewing, and for a sewing geek like me, she is a joy to talk to. Cathy really knows how to demo all machines features, and is very helpful with any of my construction questions. I bought both my serger and sewing machines from Sew Here Sew Now and I am extremely impressed with the service during my purchase as well as the brilliant after service that included a complementary training session. I have also had my 30 year old Bernina serviced here and my machine came back in top notch order. Sew Here Sew Now staff are always friendly, courteous, and definitely provide excellent customer service. I am a sewing instructor, and always recommend Cathy to all my students when they are looking for a quality dealer. In my book, their customer and machine service are as good as it gets!
