You will not get an appointment here. Such a shame and waste of tax dollars and time. Extremely upsetting as it is one of the only open sexual health clinics in Scarborough. Please report as an inaccessible service.

Called in to ask a question based off the i formation provided to me from a nurse a month ago about a reoccurring problem and every time I was speaking both women ( as I called twice) continued to speak over me advising it’s because they are busy. This is NOT an excuse to have rude customer service . They don’t even listen to what exactly you need they just keep taking because their busy. Very unprofessional

You have to arrive at LEAST 30-45 minutes early to secure a spot and even if you do, you STILL have to wait at least another hour before you even get to see a counsellor. If you’re expecting to get what you need in an hour or less, this is probably not the place to go, considering the spots fill up really fast. The highlight of this clinic are counsellors/doctors and the general low/no cost benefits.

The doctors and nurses are wonderful! Very sweet and patient ! The downside is that you have to come in 30-45 minutes prior to opening to secure a spot . Expect to wait at least 45 minutes to see someone.
