This was my third visit to this dealer. I am not generally a fan of any car dealer I have ever visited because good service is sort of like “fake news”. My first 2 visits were a little disappointing. Classic over promise and under deliver. Vehicle not ready on time, price for service was too high, parts not available, etc On this visit the problem was corrected in the promised timeframe. The car came in pretty grimy due to winter salt etc. They washed it for free Disappointed my wife would let me trade the car in for this .......

Had my first Subaru 2020 Outback from Billy He at Scarborough Subaru. The price negotiation is smooth and he is helpful in getting a good price for me. I also got the chance to meet the owner of the dealership during negotiation process and he was willing to take a step back on his price after the negotiation. On the delivery date, Billy had everything prepared and went through the documents carefully with me. The overall experience at Scarborough Subaru is positive. I recommend this dealership if you are interested in Subaru vehicles.

Service area great. Service staff helpful & point out maintenance needs but do not pressure or upscale. Auto ready as promised. Confident repairs do well. . Excellent guest wifi, large screen tv & reading material while waiting. Reasonable pricing for service.

My first experience with Scarboro Subaru was a positive one when I brought my Forester. I've bought 3 since. They treat their customers right and Jose is top notch in sales. They also do great service work. Unfortunately today I saw this Magnum PI Ferrari in their used car showroom and I may never buy another Subaru again! ; )
