My first impressions of this dealership were amazing! I had absolutely no complaints. Everything seemed very clean and sanitized, even when test driving the vehicle. The product specialist Ted was amazing, along with Kevin the finance manager. They worked together to get me the best bang for my buck! However, picking up my used vehicle was a different story. Some of the things that I was told would be fixed on the vehicle were not. Which is fine, I will go back for that. The main thing I was disappointed about was that I was told the vehicle would be detailed and cleaned. However there are many signs that it was not (See images). I was told by a professional detailer that the "stains" on the front and back of the seats can be removed if done properly. I will now have to get my car detailed myself. Very unfortunate.

I just bought my car and I was amazed by the quality of the service I got. I dealt primarily with Ryan and Kevin and they took really good care of me. Ryan worked with me and explained all the features of the car and did everything a good sales man should do before going the extra mile. He sent me an email when he was tied up with a customer just to make sure that I was ok even if I had to wait because he was busy. He gave me a call when the stay at home order was issued just to inform me that the dealership was still open and I could still go and pick up my car. When I signed the paper work and bought my car, he let me celebrate the purchase of my first car by allowing me to hit a gong. He even gave me his phone number and told me to text him if I have any questions regarding the car at any point in the future. Lastly, when I got the car he even took pictures of me standing beside the car and pictures of the car, after which he sent them to me. Kevin was also incredible. He described all of the procedures I needed to do and outlined what I needed to send him and by when. When I asked him questions over email he responded quickly and told me exactly what I wanted to know. Both him and Ryan were cracking jokes with my parents and I, and they made my first time buying a car very painless and enjoyable.

Just got a new car, at Scarboro Mazda. I was taken care of by Ryan Kim. I was impressed with his knowledge of the car and the 360" overview of the car. He showed us the safety features as well as the build quality and mechanical layout. The dealership is very clean and inviting. I appreciate that They don't apply pressure sales and let the car's sell them selves with the attention to detail , safety features and driver enjoyment.

As a first time car buyer in Canada, I am extremely pleased with the great service that Scarboro Mazda provided me with. It was a bit easier to me since before I came in, I was already referred to a contact there and I already knew what I was going to get. The sales process was smooth I would say, with Ryan being very knowledgeable about the car I intent to buy and he responds to all my inquiries. The manager, Kevin was able to give me the all the necessary information about car protection and all other options that would benefit me and my car.
