Dear Taylor C, I would like to start of by saying that calling a trustee is always an emotional event and I am sorry that you had to do that. I am also sorry that you had such an opposite experience to mine. I am sure they could have been more professional when addressing you over the phone. Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic, with all the job losses, and uncertainty about the economy, I'm sure they must have been swamped with answering people's phone calls. I hope you can take a moment to read about my experience and then potentially reconsider calling them again. During the tough times of 2008, I lost my work and shortly after I had come to the realization that I had to declare bankruptcy. It was a tough and emotional time for me, but the members of the Rusinek team were supportive. They were able to promptly answer all of my questions, guide me through various scenarios and offer different options. I found them to be very professional and they knew the ins and outs of the law down to a T. I hope you take a moment and reconsider calling them again. I had a great experience with them, and your experience can only get better. Even if you don’t reconsider, I wish you all the best.

I called the toll free consulation number to ask a question in regards to bankruptcy and was accused of calling \two minutes ago asking the same question.\ Didn't fully ask my question when I was rudely interrupted and continuously accused of already calling. Very rude attitude towards me and it took me 3 times before I could even fully ask the question I intended to ask. Not sure how they assumed I called before but given the current situation maybe someone else called asking a similar question. Either way they should have let me ask my question first and then responded. Very disgusted with the services here
If you are in trouble financially, Rusinek will take care of you. They are very professional. They give you a sense of security.
