Can get hold of them over a 1 1/2 month . The converter does not fit because its not weld properly. Can t get any answer on the phone, there mail box is full, by e-mail or on there website. I am starting to think that its a fake company be careful

Royal Exhausts Royally Screwed! I purchased from them 10 months ago and the flex pipes are already rusted out and leaking badly. Tried to contact them but never got a response back. The prices reflect the quality of the materials and there is absolutely no after-service, they will not honor their warranty. Stay away from them or you might just end up like me, wasting your money and having to replace prematurely at a higher cost. By the way, they are not accredited with the BBB and currently show an \F\ rating with them, yes, an F! Stay away.
