Was having body work done initially by Fernando, which was finished ahead of time, so I asked if I could transition to service visit while the car was in the shop. He contacted my service advisor, Tiger, who promptly called me about these arrangements, and followed up with another call when he discovered some other recommendations for my vehicle. He also let me know I could leave the Enterprise rental keys with the cashier, as Enterprise would be closed by the time I arrived to pick up my car. As always, I find all your staff to be polite, courteous, most helpful and very friendly. Tiger had left for the day, but he called prior to let me know what was done and what my costs would be, and the cashier (can't remember her name) was very pleasant and helpful, even though I was walking in close to closing time. I've been coming to this dealership since 1998, and will continue to because of the excellent service.

I was here last year to purchase several bulbs for my vehicle dashboard and then again a month back to get an emissions test. This time without an appointment, I drove into the Express Service bay hoping to get a much needed Transmission Fluid change. My vehicle arrival was registered into the service system by Alex along with the requested service. He had informed me there was 1.5 hours wait behind others and that was okay for me; I have time for my coffee and bagel plus write this review. I signed the paperwork to proceed with the estimated cost of 125 plus taxes for the job. Upon seating in the Customer Lounge, I received a dealer text message on my cell “...this is Alex, your Service Advisor@Roadsport Honda. If you need anything throughout your visit, reply to this text..”. Now, Roadsport Honda has a Service Shuttle to take customers elsewhere while their vehicle set is being performed but I’m staying here. Pickup is also available by appointment. The lounge area has clean restrooms, a kids play area, a decades old video game machine, 4 big screens (...one showing vehicle status for each work order), complimentary coffee & tea, newspapers & magazines, and couch seating for 18 people. All the while, easy listening music fills the air to reduce stress; especially for those customers that may be expecting a large repair bill. I’ve found the service excellent and staff at this dealership professional and very friendly. Today was more of the same. My total bill was 135.38 and I was back on the road 1.5 hours after I dropped in!

I set up a test drive and had a response within no time from Niko Austriaco. Niko was did a great job getting me in to get a test drive as soon as possible. I live about an hour and half from the dealership, he fit me to make sure I didn't miss out. Niko did a great job with handling my trade in as well, I went in to the dealership looking to take this for a test drive and after talking with Niko and working out a great deal, I now have a safe vehicle for my family. I highly recommend Roadsport Honda. Darcey Hughes also did a great job going through the financing portion as well, Thank you both for a great experience!
