I went their before getting email about order ready for pick up. Staff there was very helpful and as they had the parts in stock they gave them to me with a reminder that I should wait for email confirmation. Thanks guys!

Ordered a part for a dryer (but the wrong one and it was my fault). Warren was super helpful and helped me find the correct part and ordered it for me. Incredibly efficient and friendly staff!
Ordered a part online and received the wrong part. Went to store in person to return it and they told me I had the wrong part number. I knew it was not the wrong part number because I could simply Google it and several listings of the correct part showed up. Spent 30 minutes waiting for them to find it but they had no success. Ordered the same part number online at PartsSelect and received the correct part in a week. Atleast I was able to get a refund from ReliableParts.
Placed my order online just to get a refund and order cancellation few days later. Received this short email without any explanations: ‘...there was an error at the time your online order was placed. Your online order has been cancelled, no charges have been applied to your credit card. For security reasons we do not keep your credit information on file. To place a re-order please contact us at the number noted below and one of our helpful agents will place your order while you are on the phone to ensure your order is successfully processed.’ A minute before placing this order online I contacted their online customer service agent Nicole and she assured me that the part I need is in stock and I can place my order right away. Wasted my time, will shop elsewhere. Time is precious these days. I would stay away from this business. Thank you
