I called the owner today to start this service. The owner was so rude. I did Apologize for the wrong time and wanted to set a certain time and date to call but he was so rude. I was interested by looking by the review but I'm sorry some people are just too busy with their attitude
Very homely feeling
Uncertainty is a BIGGGG concern, you never know when they will stop delivering the food. if you're too dependent on the tiffin service for your meal, please look for better provider. If for some reason, they decide to stop delivering the food, they will NOT return your money.
I am so disappointed with the service of Sam tiffins. First of all, the food packaging team is always making mistakes, they deliver non veg to veg customers, deliver at your previous address even after you update them with new address, forget to give 1 vegetable pack, forget to give sweet dish as mentioned in menu, and the list goes on. Secondly, whenever you email them your query, they donot respond you back. there is no redressal for your complaints and queries. The main contact no. is always switched off. They give me contact no. of some manager who is always making excuses and telling it won't happen again. now, he also stopped picking calls. i am so disappointed and fed up with these guys. I have emailed them to refund my money back for my leftover tiffins but they don't respond. WORST TIFFIN SERVICE. PLEASE DONOT OPT FOR SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
