I feel so grateful I accidentally called this company mistaking it for another one in Mississauga! Prashant is excellent and very helpful (answering phone calls and updating us). The repair job was fantastic and exactly like new (the damage was to passenger rear door - dented in, paint scratched and rusted). HONEST PEOPLE - I took my car for rust proofing and we agreed on a price. When I came to pick my car up, Prashant charged me less than we agreed on saying my car required less. I would never have known had he not told me because its all beneath the car obv. I come from Mississauga to these guys.
I recently had my 2015 Toyota Camry struck by two separate individuals on the same day. The drivers were spotted/caught on the scene of the incidents, admitted their faults and verbally agreed to pay off the damages without going through insurance. To help these drivers easily pay off the damages, I decided to take my time off work and get several quotes from various body repair shops across Vaughan / Richmond Hill. And to my surprise, some of the estimates were exceeding in the range of 2,600 plus. Furthermore, I would have to pay extra for a rental car until my Toyota was repaired entirely, which could've taken up to 3-4 days. But then a dear friend of mine recommended getting a quote from Prasanth at Pro-Tech Auto & Body in Scarborough. So, trusting him, I decided to bring in my Toyota for one final quote. Upon arrival, I met Prasanth, who was professional, courteous, very understanding and carefully listened to the ordeal I was going through. Upon inspecting the vehicle, he provided a very reasonable estimate, which was almost 600 less what most other body shops were charging, and it included a rental car. Moreover, he promised that if I was not satisfied with his work, I could bring it in anytime for a do-over. The repairs took almost four days to complete, but the results were astonishing. You couldn't tell that anything ever happened to the car by looking at it. The restoration job and the paint job is virtually indistinguishable from what the OEM used. The bumper has been expertly restored, and the side door damage completely disappeared. Besides the central repairs, Prasanth also provided complimentary interior cleaning and car wash service. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I will surely be recommending this shop to anyone looking for professional and timely repairs. He's got my business going forward, and I'll be sending anyone I know personally to him as well.
