I came across this dry cleaner as my friend works in the yellow pages building. I decided to give it try as I live in the area and I was on the hunt for a new place to get my clothes cleaned and hemmed. My interaction with the lady who works at the front desk has always been pleasant and my alterations have always been done the way I requested it, and on time. Also, my clothes came back crisp and clean as well. If you work in the building or live in the area I would recommend this place.
Excellent place...been coming here for 3 years. Dry cleaning as well as alterations are expertly done and in a very timely manner. Customer service is also fantastic. Highly recommended.
I have tried a couple of dry cleaners in town they are usually expensive, way over reasonable and customary or just a crappy job with no attention to details. Anyway this place is AWESOME...Great customer service, I get a text message when my dry cleaning is done and Always a smiling face...
The worst dry cleaning experience and service I have had. I gave her 7 dress shirts from Club Monaco and 3 of them had the sleeves stretched out. One of the shirts was stretched 4 inches longer than the other sleeve. The response I got was it was impossible for that to happen and to bring it in for her to check. I did just that and she acted surprised about it and said it was club monaco and not her dry cleaning company who did it. I have worn the shirt several times with both sleeves the same size and only changed once I took it to her to get dry cleaned. She told me she gets complaints all the time and its not her dry cleaning company who messes it up. Clearly if you get a lot of complaints about the dry cleaning there must be something wrong with the service you are providing. She is selling her business, I do not recommend this cleaner and will be reporting her business to the better business bureau.
