Easy to make appointment, plenty of free parking. COVID precautions are being taken to clean every pair of glasses being tried on. Good selection of brand name frames. After ordering, prescription sunglasses were ready for pick-up in less than a week.

Shelly acknowledged us when she was helping another customer which was very nice. She let us know that she will be done soon and will be helping us. She was very helpful and efficient. We normally deal with Justine but he was in at that time yet. She contacted him and get feedback right away. Time well spent. We also saw Dr. Eng who was very knowledgeable and patient. We’ve been coming to this place for years dealing with Justine but everyone is great and amazing customer service.

I have been using my glasses since 2016 and sadly I broke it last Monday so I had to look up for optical clinic. Optical Thirty 8 was recommended by my workmate. I called and booked my appointment. I came early, they approached nicely. I had my eye exam by Dr. Tim and he's nice. Matthew helped me out all through my visit. He's so nice too. I just had to wait for few weeks for my new pair of glasses. But I badly needed it for my work so Matthew made up something for a temporary frame but with my old lenses. I was so relieved and very thankful for this kind of people. They are very accommodating. Definitely recommend Optical Thirty 8. (MAR 3, 2021)

Amazing experience at this location of Optical Thirty 8. Dr. Linda was very professional and thorough while determining my prescription. While choose frames I was helped by Eve and she went to great lengths to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I needed these glasses rushed and she’s guaranteed that our pick up would work for me. As i were left, she gave me a goodie bag to care for my glasses. Excellent service. Edit: I’ve had nothing but problems with these glasses since getting them. The ear piece snapped off first day putting them on. Went in for a repair and he replaced that part of the arm, but it has been forever loose since then.
